G. Trouble Shooting and Known Problems

(1) Wnaspi32.dll (or Winaspi.dll) file not found when start running NTI CD-Maker Pro.
If you encounter this problem, please check whether the SCSI driver software for your SCSI host
adapter has "Wnaspi32.dll" file. Usually, when you install the SCSI driver software (e.g.
EZ-SCSI from Adaptec), the file "Wnaspi32.dll" will be placed in windows directory or
windows\system directory, or its own directory. If the file is found in your SCSI host adapter
driver software directory, please make sure the directory is in the PATH environment. If you
cannot find this file, please re-install your SCSI driver software. If still there is no such file,
please check with your SCSI host adapter manufacturer.
